This not only significantly reduces center segregation and internal cracks, greatly improving the billet's internal density, but also stabilizes the casting speed without additional power loss, thereby reducing electricity consumption per ton of steel produced.
2. Intelligent Dynamic Secondary Cooling Water System:
To address thermal stress challenges in high-temperature billets, we have introduced an AI-based dynamic secondary cooling water system. This system automatically adjusts cooling water flow in real time based on steel grade, casting speed, and billet surface temperature. This not only ensures precise surface quality and prevents defects caused by overcooling, but also effectively reduces cooling water usage, significantly lowering industrial water consumption and wastewater treatment costs.
3. High-Grade Copper Mould Tubes:
To ensure the efficient operation of core consumables, we utilize high-strength, thermal-fatigue-resistant copper alloys, processed through rigorous heat treatment to manufacture premium copper mould tubes. Their superior thermal conductivity and extended service life-when combined with an automatic breakout prediction system-minimize steel spillage, reduce scrap generation and energy waste, and fundamentally promote resource efficiency and the circular economy.
