Steelmaking
The steelmaking section can include an electric arc furnace, furnace transformer and related furnace equipment.
Ruiyu reviews furnace capacity, transformer parameters, equipment dimensions, electrical connections and drawings before production. The furnace and transformer can be supplied as part of the same project.
Refining
After steelmaking, refining equipment prepares the molten steel for continuous casting.
Ruiyu supplies ladle refining furnace equipment and its transformer system. Electrical parameters, mechanical dimensions and equipment connections are confirmed before manufacturing.
Continuous Casting
The casting section includes the mould, secondary cooling, withdrawal and straightening, cutting and material handling equipment.
Ruiyu supplies continuous casting machines and related equipment for the planned billet size and production arrangement. Equipment dimensions, line layout and connections are reviewed during technical preparation.
Technical Coordination
Before production, Ruiyu communicates with the customer's engineering team or EPC contractor to confirm specifications, drawings, equipment interfaces and delivery requirements.
For equipment connected to other production systems, dimensions and connection details are checked before manufacturing.
Factory Inspection
Finished equipment is inspected and tested at the Ruiyu factory before shipment.
Customers can inspect the equipment, review test results and confirm the relevant technical documents before delivery.
